4 easy steps to place your order:

1) Create an account with us

2) Serach for your product and add it to cart.

3) Click on the cart icon near the top of the page and proceed to checkout.

4) Fill in all the required information and choose either "Pick up from our estate groups" or "Home delivery".


For collection at estate group

The order cut off time is 2 workings days before the delivery day of the estate group.  For example, if the delivery of an estate group is on Wed, the order cut off time will be at 2359hrs on Monday.

For home delivery

The order cut off time is 2 workings days before the delivery day.

For collection at estate group

There is no minimum order amount.


For home delivery

The minimum order amount is $40, with a $8 delivery fee charged.

For orders above $100, the delivery will be free.

For collection at estate group

Your order will be delivered on the delivery day of the estate group (which can be seen on the collection day at the checkout page).

For home delivery

Your order will be delivered 2 workings days after the date of your order placement.  However, you can choose to have it delivered to you at a later date (up to 3 days).  Dates available for delivery will be shown at the Checkout page.


Please kindly look through your orders upon collection/delivery. In the event of missing items or items not up to expectation, please kindly contact us via WhatsApp/email within 12 hours from collection/delivery. 

For missing items, we will arrange for a full refund for that product.

For spoilt or damaged items, please attach a photo for our review.  We will assess, and, on a case-by-case basis, arrange for a partial/ full refund accordingly.


We deliver island -wide in Singapore, except for certain secured areas (Jurong Island), restricted government and military zones.  Deliveries to CDB areas will incur an extra charge of $20 (on top of the usual delivery fee, if applicable).

Our delivery team will leave the boxes outside your door if no one is in.  Please retrieve your fruits and groceries as soon as possible once delivered. Please note such delivery shall be at your own risk and you accept all liability and risk of possible loss, theft, and damage.

Please note a redelivery fee of $15 will be charged in the event of a separate redelivery request.

Please ensure that the delivery address is input correctly at checkout.  If you realised that you have entered the wrong address, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp/email at least 1 working day before delivery.

If we’ve already done the delivery (and was rejected due to the incorrect address) and you require a re-delivery to the correct address, there’ll be a redelivery fee of $15 charged.


Note: this fee also applies for cases where we’re rejected upon delivery (e.g. condo guardhouses) and no one answers the phone.

In view of the current situation of being in Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), all deliveries will be contactless.  Our delivery team will deliver your fruits to your doorstep and send you a text after.  Please do keep a lookout for the message (most likely from late afternoon onwards).
